Meet Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa Paradis — Registered Dietitian (RD), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and founder of Davis Lactation Support.

For over 20 years, I have supported mothers and babies through the early feeding journey with compassionate, evidence-based care that feels personalized, practical, and nonjudgmental.

As both a healthcare professional and a longtime member of the Davis community, I believe families deserve support that feels calm, connected, and deeply individualized.

My goal is not simply to help babies feed — it’s to help mothers feel confident, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

“Lisa helped improve our lactation journey, and she really honored and cared for our mama baby dyad. Every time I bump into her in Davis, I fondly remember how she held my hand through a tender and challenging postpartum period.”
