Concierge level lactation care to feed your baby with ease

Compassionate postpartum support for every stage of your feeding journey.

The Feed and Flourish Package

A premium breastfeeding support experience designed to help you feel calm, confident, and fully supported from the very beginning

The early weeks with a new baby can feel emotional, overwhelming, and full of questions — especially when it comes to feeding. The Feed and Flourish Package was created to provide families with consistent, one-on-one guidance throughout the postpartum period so you never have to navigate it alone.

Rather than sorting through endless online advice or feeling uncertain about what’s normal, you’ll have direct access to compassionate, evidence-based support tailored specifically to your baby and your goals.

I’ll walk alongside you through feeding, recovery, newborn transitions, pumping, and all the questions that arise along the way — helping you feel reassured, informed, and supported every step of the journey.

Most insurance companies will cover all or a portion of this package, significantly reducing your out-of-pocket cost.

  • 3 months of support

    4 visits (in-home vs in-office package)

24/7 support via private chat in between visits and until your baby is 3 months old

  • Every family’s feeding journey is unique, so our time together is designed to feel personalized, supportive, and judgment-free. During our visit, we’ll discuss your health history, past feeding experiences, and your goals for feeding your baby so we can create a plan that feels realistic, nurturing, and right for your family.

    Together we may cover:

    • Your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum experience

    • Previous breastfeeding or feeding challenges and concerns

    • Personalized feeding goals and expectations

    • Hands-on latch and positioning support for comfortable, effective feeding

    • Weighted feedings and growth assessment to ensure baby is feeding well

    • Oral function and tongue tie assessment when indicated

    • Breast pump education, flange sizing, pumping plans, and bottle feeding guidance

    • Normal newborn feeding patterns and infant behaviors

    • Return-to-work or pumping transition support

    • A customized feeding plan tailored to your family’s unique needs and lifestyle

Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling more informed, supported, and confident in your feeding journey.

  • Visit 1 — Early Postpartum Support

Typically taking place within the first few days after birth in the comfort of your home, this visit focuses on helping you and baby get off to a strong start. We’ll assess latch and feeding, ensure baby is transferring milk effectively, answer your questions, and create a personalized care plan to support feeding and recovery during the first week postpartum.

Visit 2 — Building Confidence & Feeding Success

As feeding continues to evolve, we’ll reassess latch, milk transfer, weight gain, and overall feeding progress while making any needed adjustments to your care plan. This visit often brings reassurance, troubleshooting, and continued guidance as you settle into your new rhythm with baby.

Visit 3 — Feeding Rhythm & Transition Support

This visit focuses on helping you feel comfortable and confident with your feeding routine. We can address pumping, bottle feeding, sleep and feeding patterns, returning to work preparation, or any new questions and concerns that arise as your baby grows.

Visit 4 — Flexible Ongoing Support

Your final visit is intentionally flexible and designed around your family’s unique needs during the first 3 months postpartum. Some families use this visit for return-to-work planning, introducing pumping or bottles, feeding transitions, growth concerns, or simply ongoing reassurance and support as baby develops.

One Visit Option

***Based on current availability***

In occasional situations a family may benefit from a one time visit. The spots for these consultations are limited because most of my clients are working with me through a VIP package with priority scheduling.  We will need to discuss the scope of the issue before scheduling a consultation. This will allow me to evaluate if this is the right option to provide the proper support for your specific needs. I am passionate about connecting with the families I serve through a more personal and long-term relationship.  One time visits come with 1 week of follow-up support via messaging and all support is directly related to the things discussed in the consultation and care plan provided.
